Outdoor Event Site Bookings
Members of the university community can book space on campus for outdoor events such as barbeques, beer gardens and charity fundraisers. Members of the general public are not permitted to book outdoor events on campus.
An updated version of the Outdoor Event Site Booking Procedure has been developed for those wishing to book an outdoor event on campus. The procedure outlines:
- Who can book an outdoor event.
- How to submit a request for booking.
- What types of events are permitted.
- Additional information on barbeques, alcohol, advertising, clean up and garbage/recycling.
Please note: space on campus is at a premium in September. Please submit your request as early as possible. We require a minimum notice of 10 days prior to the event.
Please see the Outdoor Event Site Request Form for a current schedule of fees.
